Shipping Policy

- Once your payment is confirmed at 100%, we will send your order, with information from date of shipment, depending on the transport and INCOTERM selected.

- You can trace the journey of your package until it arrives at your home or final destination.

- We send our products to the place that you tell us, within and outside of Mexico.

- For each shipment we will need the country, city and ZIP code of the delivery address.

- Each piece is perfectly packaged to ensure it arrives in optimum condition.

* If the place of delivery is difficult to access, we are subject to availability of courier companies.

* We do not send material to PO boxes.
